2CREATING A PLANNING HORIZON

• Once the project is confirmed we will have our internal kickoff meeting and a project lead will touch base with you soon after that.
• The Project lead will set the project timelines and create a detail workplan to ensure we never miss any key deadlines.
• You will be given graphic templates with instruction on how to set up the files for your team to start developing the artwork with deadlines. -
3SET THE BALL IN ACTION
The three-way action begins with every department on their toes to meet the sacrosanct goals and timelines set.
• Once the graphic files are submitted, graphics team will analyze the files and send you a pre flight for your approval.
• Your trade show booth design will go to factory for construction
• Project lead will assist you to submit all required show forms to the organizer like ( Electrical, Material Handling, Rigging Plan etc..)
• Project lead will continue to review the workplan on a regular basis to determine how we are progressing in terms of schedule and deadlines. -
4GET THE FIRST GLIMPSE OF YOUR VERY OWN BOOTH
It’s never too late to work through perfection. We accommodate eleventh hour changes after a dry-run at our factory.
• Weeks before the 'real' build - we pre-build your booth within our pre-build zone.
• The booth will be shipped to the convention center either to Adv. Warehouse or to the show site.
• We will Install the booth and a project supervisor will meet you to handover the booth and will ensure complete satisfaction. -
5WRAP UP WITH A WAY FORWARD
It is time to celebrate the success.
• Once the trade show is over, our team will dismantle the booth
• The booth will be shipped back to Exponents.
• The booth can be stored if you plan to reuse it for your future events.
